I wanted to do something a little different today, as I normally don't get the time to do OOTD posts, I thought I'd do a wishlist instead. After IMATS is over, I'm gonna save up my pennies and buy all the times featured in this wishlist. Then do some finally do some OOTDs! 

I'm not one to really splurge lots of money on clothes, but I came across Killstar's Instagram and instantly fell in love! It's the kinda clothing I love, and would love to wear, but I don't actually own any, hence why I'm gonna invest.

Featured Fashion: Peacocks Boots

Aren't these boots just the best?! I bought two pairs back in January I believe - one was these and the other were fluffy lined brown ones. They were originally £30 - both pairs were reduced to £15 - and was a shoe I'd wanted to try for absolutely ages! I love the look of slightly heeled boots and finally got my hands on some!

My style tends to be quite grungy and they work great for this - they can be dressed up and down, I've worn these out for a meal, on night outs, shopping - pretty much everywhere really. When I first got them I found them pretty uncomfortable, but the longer I've had them, the more comfortable they've got. I wouldn't say they needed breaking in, I think it's because I wasn't used to the slight heel, as I'm used to completely flat shoes. But now I live in these! My favourite shoe I own at the moment for sure and that's why I wanted to feature them today! Some people may want to use insoles with these as they might find the bottoms slightly hard, but I'm used to Dr Martens so that didn't bother me at all. 

I'm pretty sure these aren't for sale anymore (Peacocks please correct me if I'm wrong) but I'm sure they'll release some new boots in time for autumn. I'd definitely buy another pair! Mega love for these boots and Peacocks I ADORE them! 

February Favourites 2015

I thought I'd share my favourites from this month with you, after I was inspired by Helen Anderson's video. I really recommend everyone giving these products a go as I think they're all fantastic! This video and post is not sponsored and all opinions are my own.

MAC: Cool Neutrals Palette

I adore this palette! A 15 shadow MAC palette for £65 you really can't go wrong! It's great for so many different looks, from completely neutral to full on night out. It's got a lovely range of matte and shimmery shadows  too which I love! I will definitely be purchasing the Warm Neutrals palette too! Must have for anyone wanting to start out their MAC eyeshadow collection.

I've photographed these three products together because they're all 'makeup bag essentials' at the moment. (I mentioned in the video about my other foundation, I've been using that again now) but these products are great - all statement. I cannot find the foundation online though, I can only find 'Perfection Lumere' so I assume it's a similar formula, I couldn't find my shade online either. The scent of Dry Shampoo I have is 'London' - I also have 'New York' too but if you buy all the travel sizes, you can smell all of them and decide on your favourite! 

PEPPERSMITH: Fresh Mints 'Fine English Peppermint'

This ones more a 'handbag' essential - if you love chewing gum then give these a go by PEPPERSMITH, they create mints and gum that are super healthy for the teeth because they contain Xylitol - and they taste fantastic! 

Toni&Guy: Stick It Up Gum

I'd wanted to try a new hair product for ages because my VO5 hair wax I was using really wasn't working for me anymore, and it just smelt awful so I wanted to move on from it. I decided to try this product from Toni&Guy because I'd heard lots of good things from the brand. It's a lovely light gum that gives a light/medium hold, and it smells amazing!

This afternoon I'm coming at you with a super simple, but eye catching OOTD! Paired with some accessories this is a fantastic 'grungey' outfit to wear when it's not too chilly, you could always add a bomber jacket if it does get too chilly! I kept my shoes slightly dirty on the white front parts for that added grungey look, which I'm kinda liking at the moment! Yes - I created the t-shirt all by myself! The top itself is originally just a plain black one from Primark, but I have attacked it - I'm going to make a tutorial very soon on here and YouTube showing how I created it. So stay tuned for that!

It's getting to that chilly time of the year, just kidding, it's freezing already! But saying that, it's my favourite time of year due to the colours and the temperature - it's an awesome opportunity for me to express myself with fashion and go all out, I love these baggy white jeans paired with this beautiful purple and blue acid washed shirt and a burgundy beanie. Paired with some jewellery pieces, this is a super simple, 'grungey' outfit for those days that aren't too chilly.  - I want to do more super simple posts like this showing off my outfits - if you'd like to see more posts like this, do let me know.
